Jim Causey (he/him)
Jim Causey created Convergence Zone in March 2023, and he hosts the program on alternating Tuesday nights.
His vision: to blend atmospheric music from across genres and eras, with an emphasis on music from the Pacific Northwest. His radio inspirations include Hearts of Space, Echoes, and Star’s End.
Before joining KSER, Jim served as a DJ Assistant at Seattle’s KEXP for Evie Stokes and Kevin Cole. When not on the air, you can find him spending time with his wife and teenagers; working way too much at his day job; playing around with analog photography; and researching new music to feature on Convergence Zone.
